Researching first cycle info.

I have 5 years of training experience and I want to add mass and strength. I'm 29 y/o, 6'0, 245 lbs, 15 % b/f.

Currently here are my stats:

Bench Press: 275 for 1 max rep
120 lb dumbbell presses for 3 reps
Squat: 315 for 1 rep

I have just recently been introduced to anabolic review so I am not very educated (yet) regarding what AS to start off with. I would like to start off with an oral if possible and something that possibly wont promote more hair loss than I already have had. I have been thinning in the front and wouild like to keep what little I have. Is this possible?

right now, I am only considering doing one cycle then trying to maintain some of the gains afterwards.

Please help??

If i where you i would take a look into deca , test cy, sust, winny.. just copy and paste this words into the search and read all you want.. then maybe make a desion oa AS.. if you need more to read look up clomid and nolv..

I thank all of you who replied to my message. After reading a little about each of the suggested AS, hair loss seems to be inevitable. Am I right?

I only wanted to start off taking a single AS first then see how things go after a single cycle. Are my choices the same but just pick one?
