Pump your deca up to 300mgs p/week at least and run it for 10 weeks, and keep your EOD sust shots the way it is, but run it for 12 weeks. Dbol is fine at 35mgs p/day for 1st 4 weeks. Hope you have your PCT all right. Its hard to say if this cycle will be effective for you as every1's training, nutrition and genetics are different.

u can run deca at small doses per week, if u are planning on it helping with arthritis or jsut lubing the joints. otherwise it is a waste. it wont do much at all for LBM gains.

F**ck deca ....It's too hard too recover from for me...Tren is a much better choice IMO.

finished 4 wks of dbol 50mg ed, still have 8wks of deca 200mg 2x wk and sust 250mg eod for 10wks, my sust is supposed to be 20% underdosed so that's why i'm at 250eod , starting to see gains
