Time off

I've read that you have to take an equal time off from cycle to cycle, but my quiestion is, at what time does it star counting, from the last test shoot, or after you finished your PCT?

I tried to do a search and couldn't find this anwers.

Thats just a rule of thumb, you can interpret it however you want. Its your choice when to start again.

the best way to know is to get blood work done to make sure you are 100% recovered.

Wouldnt it be after pct thats when your natural test level be close to regular.

This sounds perfect, I was planing on doing blood work anyway, so I'll do a couple more just to be on the safe side.
