Both wouldn't hurt, but it's Vitamin B6 that combats progestrogenic build up...
sp i should take vit b6? it really combats estrogen? is it worth it?

200-300mg/day ed should be good, thats what i used before and had no problems
My buddy used the same thing with the 200-300mg a day and he was fine. I agree with bigbadbootydaddy
