i bought it. it is not worth it. i learned more on here than that book. just read everything you can on here.
I too bought the book and agree with nathan21. The book is actually kind of dangerous because it endorses 10 to 12 week cycles of nothing but dbol, pyramiding it from 25mg aday up to 50mg aday with absolutely no talk of pct. When I bought the book, there advertisement said 180 day money back garuntee, and when I called them (Mick Hart) on it and asked for my money back they said they would but never did refund me. Mick Hart has a no bullshiit motto. But his motto should be full of shiit because that is what he is, IMO. Dont waste your money. This forum will educate you far more that full of shiit mick harts book.Quote:
