ya big waste of time, painful injections, sometimes allergic reactions at injection site.


do your safe a favor and jut get b12.

its very mild... Im assuming you have a 50ml bottle of it. I would run 2ml EOD if you really want to see anything. Youll see some cuts not much strength or mass. Can run as long as you want but its basically B12 like bathgate said.
