how much b-12 into propionate

Do you guys know how much b-12 do i need to mix with my propionate to make it less painful?

im using 3 shoots a week of 150 mg in 1 1/2 cc's of propionate

spread that in to 75-100 mg ed you wil get better results....what is the concentration of the b12? try 1/2 a cc

I would rather do everyday and @ your dossage i would break it up to 75mg/ED prop with 1/2 cc 500mcg B12/ED,plus you will eat better with the B12.

Also @ 75mg you would have less volume.And should hurt less.And you may have a prop made with a high ba %.I havent had that prob with prop,just high mg test-e.
