I oullined my cycle...
It was a 500mg test enth and anavar ( proviron , novaldex , hcg , clen , t3 etc.) but now i cant get test enth but can Sustenon.
Is it ok to do it 500mg week , 2x week?

You SHOULD have had everything you needed before you started your cycle......

Sustanon must be shot EOD...

EOD injections is no big deal with sust @ 500mg/week...the amounts are small & don't really hurt as much as a bigger dosage...IMO.

Yes, there is no problem using sust as long as you run it EOD.

As long as you are doing everything else right you will have great gains. My first cycle was just 250 sust and 200 deca and I gained 24 lbs despite what some guys said on here.

Correct, you will make gains; however, that doesn't mean it is the best or most efficient way to run the compound. It is best to run a cycle in a way maximizes gains and minimizes sides from the onset of taking any steroid .

Not everyone can gain 24lbs on such low doses--good job on your gains.

4-8 Clen max of 6 pills a day
HCG 1500 ui at week 4, 5, 6, 7
hcg 2 x 1500 ui at week 11, 12
Clomid 14 days after last shot 100mg for 15 days , 50mg for 15 days
Novaldex 20mg Ed in pct

1-12 Sust 150mg EOD
1-8 Anavar 50mg ED
1-12 Proviron 25-50mg ED
12-15 Prop 75mg ED or 150mg EOD--the former is better for blood levels
1-12 Nolva 10mg ED
HCG 500iu's on sat/sun wks 11, 12, 13, 14

PCT looks good. Run it 3 days after last prop injection. You may consider front loading clomid at 300mg on day one.

You will be able to get away without HCG but if you run it right there will be no harm done.

Var is one of the few oral steroids that should be run for more than 4wks for best results. It is a relatively mild oral steroid .

Clen should be run 2wks on 2wks off....just read this Clenbuterol handbook

Dont mess with T3 unless your sure how to run it--looks like you need more research. T3 is safe if run correctly and dangerous if run incorrectly.

Storing it in a syringe for more than a day is fine. To avoid infection be sure to use a new syringe everytime you shoot.
