You can even pick up some 18g or 20g pins only to draw from the bottle first. Will make things easier. You can also shoot with a 25g if you feel the 22g is too uncomfortable.

Yes all needle are interchangeable. If you don't have them yet I'd go 23g 1 1/2" IMO

I use the 23g too, a little smaller, tried the exact same one's you used and I like the 23's better. You should also pick out a few more spots to inject bro, cause the glutes are hard to do and if you do it there every time your gonna get some scar tissue.
I like the shoulders/thighs/ass combo, all very easy (except the thighs).

I know the terimo (spelling?) are. I usually order a batch of 23 guage 1 inch (1 inch is plenty for glutes unless you are packing big layer of fat), use the 23 guage to draw from bottle, if you pump a couple CC's of air into bottle before pulling fluid out (bottle upside down at this stage) it comes out rather easily. Then I change to a 25 guage for injecting and this is all fine. I would go with smaller needles, 22 to 23 to draw with, 25 guage to shoot with and 1 inch needle is fine... shoots faster too and eventually you may decide to try out quad or delt injections and its much easier with 1 inch then 1.5 inch. Also the deeper you poke, the more needle injury you get so I go with 1 inch and get less sore. I dont like 20 or 18 guage needles because they seem to poke too big of a hole in the bottle/stopper and not comfortable with this.

yea well when you are drawing 2cc at a time the 18g uage is nice to have
not so cool if you have a 50cc vial thats a lot of holes
