Post cycle supplement doses
hey bros, i am gonna take some milk thistle, creatine, and i am already taking tribulus at 3250 mg per day. I just wanted to ask how much of the milk thistle and creatine should i take per day...my diet is really good, and lifting schedule is also good, i really want to keep the 17 lean lbs i put on...thanks bros

I'd go with about 1000mg of milk thisle. As for creatine I think that it's more or less up to the individual as far as dose goes. I'm assuming you've already taken creatine before and you know how you will respond to it. 10-15g ed should be enough. JMHO, though.

ummm. shouldn't you take milk thisle WHILE/DURING the cycle??? or is it only a post cycle sup. ??

Jameison's milk thistle is 4500 mgs so u can pop one of those babys in the morning.....For the Creatine I am using NxCare's Hyper Growth...It has No2 in it and use that post workout...other supps that I use post cycle are..
Arimidex
Clomid
Omega 3-6-9
Flax Seed Oil
B Complex
B5
B6
Tribulus at 4 grams a day
Vitamin C (Time Released)
Cranberry extract
Zinc
Potassium
Vitamin E
Taurine
St.John's Wort for post cycle depression
Again what might work for me might not work for you but I think my body feels more rejuvinated when I use these supps.....Good luck and I hope you keep all your gains....Take care Chief!!!!
