ok i wanted to try this flavored clen so i bought some. now how do i do the mesurements correctly. it has a pump top on it. i have some oral syringes that i guess i could use but i'd like to know how to use what it came with. Thanks

by the way, it is 30 ml, 200mcg/ml

I think a pump is 20mcg... but dont quoate me on that. Best way is to get a 1cc insulin syringe. That way you know how much you have exactly, over doing in on clen is no fun. So get a slin pin!

Use a syringe. You don't want to mess up with clen .

From what I'm told by Lion, you need to take less than your regular dosage of clen with his. It's about twice as effective as regular liquid clen. I guess that means take half. And nice username btw Big John. Didn't he spell Studd with two d's though? I can't recall for sure.
