Tren Hex, Winny, Sust cylcle

Hi guys. i've been training for about 8 years, using gear for four on and off. MY next cycle is:

12 50mg 5000iu 20mg
13 50mg 5000iu 20mg
14 20mg 100mg
15 50mg
16 50mg

The sustanon is weekly (on monday with 150mg tren hex)
The Tren hex is weekly (monday - 150mg, thurs 100mg)
The Winstrol is tabs daily
The Hcg is weekly
The nolvadex is daily
The Clomid is daily

Feel free to rip this cycle apart. My main goal is to gain about 7-8lbs of solid quality mass and to get harder and ripped. Im currently 182lbs 6ft and pretty lean. I've never used either winny or Tren before. I dont want to do daily or eod injections. i already have the gear for this cycle but am not starting it for another 4 weeks so have time to get extra if necessary.
What can i expect from this cycle?

Sustanon - weeks 1 to 10 @ 250mg p/w
Tren Hex - weeks 3 to 10 @ 250mg p/w
Winny tabs - weeks 7 - 13 @ 50mg ed
Hcg - weeks 11 - 13 @ 5000iu p/w
Novadex - weeks 11 - 14 @ 20mg ed
Clomid - week 14 @ 100mg, weeks 15 and 16 @ 50mg

you need more sustanone then that. most people will say to shoot it every or every other day but my first cycle i shot 500mgs of sust all at once and made good gains. but it should be shot every or every other day to keep blood levels more steady.

Up the Sustanon to 500 mg. per week. Always keep your test dosage higher than tren.The HCG could be lowered to 2500. i.u.'s per week but since your are using tren 5000.i.u's should be ok. You might wan't to run the Nolva throughout your cycle at a low dose, instead of waiting till the end. Depends on how you react to the Sus. Good luck bro.
