Stats 5'11'' 180 10-12%bf
2nd cycle (first one was mostly fake gear)

I don't know whether to run this E3D or Mon,Wed,Fri start over on Mon
I had planned on running enanthate , but can no longer aquire it. I can only get Denkall T400. I've heard the horror stories about injection pain, but I plan on mixing 1/2 ml deca with each injection.


Week 1-4 30mg dbol /day
Week 1-12 466mg T400
Week 1-10 233mg Deca
Week 1-12 10mg nolvadex /day

PCT to follow two weeks after last T400 shot(correct me if I'm wrong).
day 1 clomid 300mg 2-7 clomid 100mg 7-21 50mg
Is this enough or should I run it Mon,Wed,Fri

=600mg T400
=300mg Deca

Also is it necesarry and worth it to run the T400 for 12 weeks

Id wait 3wks after the T400. The cypionate needs just a bit longer time, 2.5 wks would probally be enough even. Id go 3 though. Personally, Id add in prop or some more dbol those 3wks as well, but thats what I like to do. Some will tell you 233mg of deca is too low, but I think that is a good dosage for a first/second cycle. You will still reap some benefits from it.

If you can, Id run it like the first, E3D. If you really want to go EOD, the second will work as well.

The half ml cutting with the T400 probally wont be enough IMO. I would cut it 1:1 with sterile oil. Youll end up with only 1.5ml shots E3D..so its not bad still.

What week would you add the dbol . Do you mean to add it while you're waiting to start PCT. And do you suggest sticking with 30mg/day at this point.

ya...id add it just after your done taking shots...jsut a low 20mg ed works fine for me. just kinda something to keep ya going before pct
