Newbie needs help..

Hello everyone. I was just woundering if this would work. I am ready to start my first cycle and I am looking to trim off some fat and gain some muscle. Will this work?

Deca =400mgs eight weeks
Winny=50mgs eight weeks
clomid=100mgs for week seven
clomid=50mgs for week eight

I am 5'7" 200lbs 20%BF and I'm 25 years old

If you think I should up something or change something please let me know. Will this be ok for my first cycle???

If you are going for less fat, replace the deca with eq. Add little test 200- 250mg for the first cycle would be good. And run it for 10 weeks instead of 8. Keep the winny at 50 mg ed for last 6 weeks.

You'll want to time your clomid therapy POST-cycle... for EQ and test I believe the waiting time is 2 weeks. I would run the winny 2 weeks PAST your last injections and then you can start using clomid right after.

Don't forget to put some Test in that cycle or you'll be Decca Dicked. Decca Dick= limpy dick & low sex drive.

Add sustanon or enanthanate 250-500mg week, A MUST really
Run winny 6 weeks, not 8, as 1st time cycle, at 50mg ED
I like weeks 4-10 on winny, Clomid begins after last winny inject.
Eq or deca is fine at 400mg/wk

It looks good bro. But run the winny from week 6 to 12. This gives a chance for your oils to run down for the timing of clomid. Then you can start the clomid right after your last winny intake. Run the clomid at 300mg the first day 100 mg next 10 days and 50 mg the last 10 days.
