I've run B6 at 250 a day from the start, it did nothing I even upped the dosage to 750mg, did nothing.
Anyone else know how to run Dostinex to combat progesterone gyno please help, this gyno that nolva can;t fix is really freakin me out.

I'd try .5mg eod to start, maybe even ed. I think that upping the amount of nolva you are on would be more beneficial because progestins like tren /nandrolone cause an upregulation of the estrogen receptor.
Try 80-100mg of nolva ed first. Dostinex is big $$$.

My cycle is
Tren 50mg/ED
Prop 75mg/ED
Nolva at 20mg a day
Dostinex is really expensive, someone told me to take 1 pill every fourth day?

Im gonna up the Nolva to 100mg for about a week and see what happens, Dostinex will be a last resort b/c of the cost.

i know that dosinex can be used for preventing progestin induced gynecomastia . The MOA of the compound is a prolactin antagonist, so basically that is its main job. However, im unsure if it would have any effect after the fact or what doses you would need to run to see results. You could always give it a shot and let us know .

As long as your estrogen is blocked by the nolva the actual lumps will not grow but until you get the prolactin under control you will still have sore lactating nips
