serously guys, I do it because i like knowing what I am capable of, and pushing the envelope. I get pumped when I see the scale change, or putting another inch on my arms. Just knowing that you have some control over yourself. it's being different from everyone else. not different in a way to draw attention, but just being and doing what i want. it's never been hard for me to go to the gym, or eat right, it's what i love to do.

what keeps me motivated is all the girls that i just meet telling me what a sexy body i have. last night i came home with a stripper from a strip bar where i live(bare elegance) She came up to me and was telling me i should be a dancer because i have such a nice body. Well we got to talking and now she is still asleep upstairs in my bedroom. But it is things like that that really motivate me.

Im motivated to lift ALWAYS. I love that I can go workout to get away from stress, make myself look better, set goals, and of course..accomplish them. what better feelign is there than that?
