    How much TAURINE with LiquidClen

    Today is my first day on Clen and I have the TAURINE 500mg, but I don't know how much I should take of this. Can any body tell me?

    everyeones different. i personally had to take 5 grams a day but some of my buddies only have to take 2-3. u have to find what your number is

    5 seems to be the norm but experiment a bit with it. You may only need 3 grams and then you are wasteing money in the long run.

    In any case 500mg is certainly not enough though./
