Started on Clen today. Took 2 tabs like 2 hours ago and now I am shaking like a mofo. I mean Xenadrine has done this to me too but not this bad. I know that these will subside but is it normal for them to start on such a low dosage? Could it be the anti-depressents I am on? I am on Celexa 40mg a day. Thanx

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I don't think taking them together is good. Again though, I'm not 100% sure about this, somone else should confirm this, but it just doesn't sound right, I think I read it somewhere...could have been about taking anti-depressents with something else...hmmm??

0.02mg, yes this is my first time on clen. This isnt anything I can't deal with. I was just curious. feels kinda strange though. Also does it matter when i take them or how many i take together. i had 2 today at the same time how should I do it as i get up to 6 a day? Thanx

Your body will get accustomed to it. Gradually build up. Take 3 tomorrow.

Yea, start with one, I always take mine with a meal. Take them throughout the day also, like one with breakfast, one with lunch, and one mid evening, not too late at night though.
Yes, that is perfectly normal, don't get all up in a hoopla about it. Take with food as JP said, and your body will gradually get used to it, just not shake as bad, and you won't even hardly notice it unless you like me and use your hands everyday to put tiny screws in things.. Then it can be aggrevating. haa haa..
Anyways, you may start getting headaces, nausia, fever, and hot flashes, but those are normal too. Keep going it will get better.
