    Novice cycle

    how would the Novice cycle #1 work for a first time cycle? should i follow it exactly? thanks

    there are a bunch of different novice cycles on that page. I'll suggest that your first cycle should be 500 mg of test/week, for anywhere from 10-12 weeks. Split that up into two shots weekly of 250 mg to keep your blood levels stable. Make sure you COMPLETELY understand anti-e's, PCT, and of course DIET. Do a little more reading here on the board and you should be fine...

    thanks alot man, yea im not sure if im gonna wait though, i have been working out for about 5 years now, cant seem to go any further. But then again I dont know...

    You're 19, you don't need any kind of cycle.
