I JUST GOT 15 AMPS OF TES E at 250 mg a piece and i am only going to use 12 of them...my friend has never taken juice...if i let him use the 3 amps of tes e at 1 amp a week for 3 weeks would he see any results or feel any results???

No. It takes about 3 weeks for it to kick in. He's wasting his time.

Keep them for your cycle because you don't even have enough yourself. 15 amps, 250mg each. That's enough for about 7 weeks, which is atleast 3 weeks to little for a test E cycle.
