1" pin for glutes?

can i use a 1" pin for my glutes and quad? or just quad?

i only bought 5/8 and 1".

I know guys that use 1'' for the glutes also. I have in the past but the general consensus is that 1.5 is the way to go. I think it would depend on BF% and muscle density in your glute. If thats you in the pic i wouldnt see any problem but maybe some others can help out.

yeah thats me, im low on bf% so i assume 1" will be fine?

Bro I think 1" would be fine. I use them myself. I usually stay away from quad injections because they are so painful for me.

Dont you have a thread about a lump forming in your glute? Maybe it's because your using 1" pins. Something to think about.

I used 1 inch pins for almost all of my cycles and did just fine. I recently switched to 1.5 inch pins recently though.
