    Enenthate at 875mg a week

    has anyone her taken enenthate at 250 EOD which will give u an average of 875mg week I see alot of post with 500 to 750 but not more than that!

    well im just recovering from surgery so i havent been in the gym much in the past week, but its nice from when i was running it before. i hear the real magic starts though at 2 + grams per week.

    Funny how a few years ago taking a gram per week was the magic mark
    now it's 2 grams per week... i ran 1,200mg during my last cycle... next
    cycle will be at 2 grams per week just to see if i missed out on anything...
    it never ends does it...lol

    Buff what kinds of strenth gains did you get at 1.2grams a week.

    Honestly was coming off an injury from months prior and wasn't in the
    gym much before starting, so some of the gains were expected... But
    to give you an idea added about 150lbs on my deadlift, bench around
    80lbs, hit new PR's on probably 3-4 movements like T-bar rows and seated
    barbell presses... Got up to 5 plates for T-bars for 6-8 reps which for me
    is pretty good... I also was running tren ent with it which i'm sure played
    a part in being stronger every single week... that stuff is amazing IMO...

    Makes me bloat easy and some micelaneous concerns... but mass gains are good. Sometimes I would resort to Lasix for water (when I could see it in my knuckles) but watching your sugar/alcohol intake is good preventative action in regards to that. I am not too comfortable going over that dose though... 250mg EOD... unless I were to begin to compete.

    Whats your LBM and stats? If you have a lot of lean weight already - with a good training history then the risk:benfit ratio would be in favor of increasing your use...
