    How long can you stay of juice til you start losing your gains?

    i have heard that muscle gained from juice is temporary so my question is how long can you stay off it without your gains being hampered (or til you juice again)? is a cycle a year enough to maintain your muscles? thanks

    ok, part of the gains are semi-permenent (with constant work in the weight room that is) some is going to be lost in the following weeks/months naturally. some weight from water retention, and some muscle will be lost from the loss of those high test levels while on cycle. measure and take pictures, then you will know when you stop losing and start gaining again from your naturall training. then you are back at ground zero, which is a few more pounds more than ground zero was before you did the last cycle.

    2 cycles a year would be a good stage to set for constant gaining.. 3 months on, 3 months off, 3 months on, 3 months off.

    IMO 1 cycle a year and you should be able to keep gains

    say you start at 200 pounds. first cycle you go to 225. then your back down to 210 after 3 months off. then you cycle again, your up to 235 this time, then after 3 months off you go down to 220. you are back at ground zero, but your 20 pounds heavier with gains and losses combined. not a bad year.

    each person is different, you would need to add up your average gain, and then what your average loss is after being off. but it would be different every time depending on what your on and what your taking, but u could get an estimate. and you could estimate if you wanted to gain 20 solid pounds in a year you would need to 50 pounds to estimate for the losses as well when off, this is hypothetical off course.

    Spoon, it depends what drugs you use.

    With drugs like D-Bol and Anadrol , you gain 30 pounds and lose 27.5 pounds because the drugs are purley estrogen-mediated....and when you start you anti-E PCT, your gains will dissappear as fast as they appeared.

    Then there's other drugs, like Stanazolol and Primobolan , where the gains are small but 95% keepable.

    The best drug to use is probably test....because it's the natural predominant male androgen in the body. You'll probably lose 40-50% of your gains but if you follow it up with an excellent PCT cycle you should be able to keep a reasonable amount. However, if your diet and training faulter, then you can expect to lose them.

    I am not sure why we have to become so personal and fight each other. The truth is that IT IS human nature to continue to ask and explore new subjects. So maybe the question is strange if I assume that a person with that many posts should know better, but on the other hand, like it is said in psychology "ass-u-me-ing is making an as-s out of you and me". The question is legit, I for example used Deca and Test and the results lasted for years. Even now, 10 years later I altered my metabolism that as soonas I got back to the gym my biceps got huge. So I ASSUME that all roids are the same, if it was not for the question I might not even have known that there are gears that are so weak-ephimeral

    Honestly my take is that when a Stupid question is asked, there are lots of other guys behind me with the same question in their mind, so after all the question was not that "easy to respond to".
    Please let's not take things personal, it is a waste of time.

    I think if u eat the same like u always do and train as much as u normal do,
    the gains u had will last very long but that's my opinion...

    Good question!
    Would like some good answers too...
    I heard with some juice that it is permanent?
