I am real close to starting my first cycle of 500mg sust a week. Would it be a good idea to stack some deca with this cycle, like 300mg a week? I read that it deca is good for collagen syn along with joint pain relif. Any thoughts on this from you guys would be appriciated.
Yes, Sust stacked with Deca is a very good idea. Bump the Deca to 400mg a week.

Sus and Deca go well..but you must take something for the bloat.
The bloat might be fat gain... this is why deca is regarded as being the best for keepable gains... but if you are trying to avoid fat like you have too much of it already, then be careful.... deca is a fat gainer as much as it is a muscle gainer. I would not choke the calaries at the deca, like 5000 calaries a day with deca will make you nice and chubby!Quote:
