    scared of muscle loss

    ay guys please help me out here!!

    im so ****in paranoid of losing all the mass ive gained after my cycle of test e and eq. im taking nolva throughout and doing the proper pct and hcg injections, but after my pct how do i keep my mass?

    Well, what you doin for pct? i hope your not takin HCG shots while on clomid. keep your calories high and CLEAN and lower the volume of your workouts not the intensity...That what I did and kept most of my gains...Good luck bro

    lower volume as in length of workouts?

    Take a week off your first week of PCT to help your body recover. I like the ZMA suggestion too.

    As for after your PCT.....
    Keeping gains is largely genetic, some guys were just meant to have greater muscularity than others.....but don't worry about that. Just understand it is all. Keep eating good, and eating enough to maintain what you have, be consistent with your workouts, get a good amount of sleep each night, just the basics bro.....don't stress about it.
