    Lightbulb steroid observation

one thing that i have noticed about alot of my friends who do steroids is that now they only train when they are on steroids. these guys used to train religiously before steroids but now its like they only want to lift weights when they are on cycle. is it just my group of friends or are aloot of guys like this? it pisses me off because we will work out together real intense for about two months and then i dont see tham again until right before summer dstarts...just my observation

yeah me too.. i think they get the idea they can do what they need to do in a few months and they are set. to me they are only cheating themselves.. but if you are the type to lift year round my hat is off to ya keep up the good work!

yea i try to lift at least 3 times a week but i shoot for 4 if they would lift all year round it would make such a big difference. i saw a guy at walmart today who will be big one month and small ashell the next, i just dont see what the point of fluctuating like taht is......i guess they arent in it for life just for the moment

I know what you mean. I have a guy that goes to my gym maybe 2 nights a week for 30-60 mins. Gets a very un-intensive workout in and then leaves. All he talks about is getting some juice. Asking for a source. Saying he will be sure to train hard when he gets it. I'm like "Jack Ass" if you trained a little harder you wouldn't need any juice. I love guys that think that AS will do all of the work for them. What a joke.

Same thing here. I have been training at least 5 days a week for 7 years and didn't start getting into the AS game until recently. I feel that I have hit my genetic max and want to go beyond it with AS. It definatly is a lifetime thing for me.
