1 squirt = 0.1ml
ie. 10 squirt = 1ml
( I think )
my femara is 2.5g a ml
mine too
1 squirt = 0.25mg
10........= 2.5mg

the duckman is right on this ....it takes the pump a few squirts to get pumping correct.
