can to much sex(approx 2-3times/day) effect you test & estrogens levels to much ?

I wouldn't worry about it - If you are gettin laid that much, why give it up ?

good question, I once heard a all natural BB (a real one) who was freaking monster say that he tries to have the least amount of ejaculations as he can because when you are always blowing your load (pardon my rudeness ladies :D) you are constantly having to form new sperm, which gets first dibs on your natural test.... so in conclusion, no it prolly doesn't matter THAT much, however if you are really really serious about BB and want every advantage you can get, then 2-3 x day is prolly too much... just what i heard, don't flame me !!! :D

That "natural" BB was probably just too big to get laid.

From personal experience, i feel a lot better in the gym when i haven't had sex the night before or on the day of my workout.

If I ever told my girlfriend, honey I don't really wanna have sex I wanna save my test for the gym tommorow she would kick my ass! If someone tells you that they dont wanna waste any sperm cause they think it will lower there test levels is crazy, they just don't have anyone to help them release themselves, if they did they wouldnt worry about it,:)

Football practice is tough enough...especially when I'm screwing like a rabbit on viagra! I don't have sex the day of any of my games, usually not even the day before. It just takes a lot out of me. But in the off season, I make up for lost time!!

Its pretty much a myth around my football team, but I dont uhhh take care of my business or have sex before practices or before games because the myth that it reduces your strength or by like 17% or 7%(randon enough number to make people believe it)

15 till 20, 21 you have a full body peak, your
body test levels will do everything that
it requires the body to do, this is a reason why
this board reccommends young kids not to start AAS
till they get older, when you r young, your natural body test levels help you to accomplish
any goal, if i'm not wrong the decline process
of the body test levels starts at around 21,22
that does not mean you need to do AAS to
compensate the problem, is just a slow natural body process that has to happen wether you like or not you know, but if you do drugs and alcohol
than the decline process will be much faster and
i'm talking about 1 or 2 yrs, it can take 10 or 15
yrs who knows that depents in each individual person, but don't worry about it, viagra is
available just in case you need it.

I've actually tested myself to see if there is any difference. Basically for me, a quickie the night before makes me weaker. A more passionate time with my girl makes me more focused in the gym and I get a better workout. I would say it does take away some strength but if you get more focused, mind over body takes over. But I'm not in competition so I'll bang her whenever, whereever :D
