Yesterday was my next shot of test..well needless to say I ended up at work all day and night and wasnt able to hit the gym or do a shot so gonna make it up today..no big deal?

if you could clarify a bit here; so for example, if i were on t prop eod, and missed it on a monday, but made it up the following tuesday, my next injects would commence as normal on wednesday, friday, sunday? or did you mean it should be on thursday, saturday, and then monday again?

I shoot my Test E3d. however I missed my shot yesterday so I shot this morning and I will shoot again in 3 days.. Day of the week doesnt matter. You just need to Keep your blood lvls as stable as possible. So I will shoot again Friday

ahh nice catch.. I didnt see that He was running prop. Id run prop ED as well. SOme have run it at 150mg EOD and seen good results but Id run it ED.

update: cycle's done. i continued on with the inject schedule as everyone instructed, but ended up missing a day again toward the end of the cycle. i noticed that even missing just ONE DAY was all it took to get my hormones to fluctuate enough to trigger a minor breakout on my shoulders. up until then, everything was clear as sky. when i missed the second time, i had most of the acne from the first time i missed, plus they took the liberty of inviting some more of their friends.

i'm in pct right now, so they've calmed down and cleared up considerably, but there's still remnants of the party they had on my front delts. no biggie, as i know it should clear up within the next few weeks or so.

the hard lesson learned: don't miss shots, and run prop ed.
