Hey everyone
Im new to this forum but I have a question about the type of steroid to use. I'm 6'1 and weigh about 203 pounds. I have about 20 percent body fat and wanted to know if taking a steroid would help reduce the amount of body fat. I run 2 miles daily and wanted to hurry the process up. I would appreciate any help in knowing any steroid to use....

No, steroids don't induce fat loss. Diet does. Using steroids only puts your body in a better environment to build muscle or lose fat. You still have to eat right & work your ass off. There's no shortcuts with steroids.Quote:

I suggest you do some more reading about diet.
In general, steroids are used to preserve lean body mass (muscle) when cutting back calories drastically. They do not burn fat effectively; they allow you to keep as much muscle as you can when dieting.
At 20% BF, you can lose fat easily without affecting LBM all that much with simple dieting and exercise.

what does your diet look like?
Im currently limiting my carb intake to about 70 carbs a day....Im also getting about 160 grams of protein a day.....I eat lunch and dinner and just drink water in the morning and two eggs....
Losing fat is a process involving balancing your natural metabolic rate, diet and exercise. Steroids really don't play into it. Running two miles daily should take about 15 minutes or so. This is not nearly long enough to burn fat. You need to do much longer cardio sessions and adjust your diet. The diet forums are for you. Good luck, bro.
