Advice Request

I want to gain another 10 - 15 lbs. of solid muscle and cut my body fat. Right now I weigh 180lbs and I'm 5'9". I was thinking of doing some D-Bol and Winny or D-Bol and Equi. I want something that will help me acheive my goals with as little side effects as possible. I'm prone to acne and wouldn't want to take the chance of breaking out too badly, that is why I'm leaning towards the waterbased Winny. I have already taken D-Bol for four weeks in the past and didn't have a big problem with acne, and happened to get 15 lbs out of it. Any help would be appreciated.

it's hard to do both gain muscle and cut fat.. normal it's best to target one or the other.. for what's worth i'm a big believer in mase cycle than cut up.. and why i think that is it looks alot better cutting alot more muscle than cutting then adding muscle on.. just looks better to bulk first... my two cents...

I would go with the eq instead of the winny but i still think you need to rethink your cycle...

wk 1-10 eq 400mg/wk
wk 1-10 sus 250- 500mg/wk
arimidex /nolva for gyno & water retention
clomid post cycle
keep your protein up and your fat down.

I've actually been looking for Sustanon , but down here in Miami we are completely out of Sust.250. I have asked around to over 10 different sources. Nothing. What else ?
