    I'm never hungry!

    Hey guys I am having this problem lately. about 3 weeks ago I decided to take a week off from working out because I haven't done that in about 6 months. Its great to let your muscles rebuild fully once and a while. but since that week my appetite hasn't been for sh_t! on top of that I am having women issues and think that I am slightly depressed. I am sure sauce doesn't help my mood much. I am just going into my third week of my second cycle. 250mg test e. twice a week with 300mg of deca total. What are your views on appetite and depression? i need some help

    Force feed. I haven't been "hungry" in about a month and a half. Eat when you have to, not when you want to.

    from my experience with women they diffinety have made me loss my appetite but that depends what you catch them doing ,not sure if depression would do anything for your appetite ,someone else maybe?

    Force feeding is the way to go. Eat a lotta food in a short time and youll get over full before your stomach and brain connect and realize youre over the limit. This will stretch your stomach so you can pound more food. China buffets are good for this method.

    Im not telling you your appetite is going to come back... I'm telling you an appetite isn't necessary to eat. Like I said, I haven't been hungry for at least a month.

    hey man i hear ya i've been so busy with school and work and everything that i actually started going backward on the scale. Ive been so stressed out that eating is hard as hell and i really felt that i wasn;t going to be able to achieve what i wanted on the cycle. You're still early on so if you dont think things r gonna get better id lay off till it cools down. thats what i had to do.

    yeah thats what I have been thinking. its the school, work, and women. They mess me up bad.

    eat food that you love...thats the easiest way to get yourself used to overeating a ton

    and if you cant eat it...drink it

    A can of tuna can be eaten in a minute or so if you use a table spoon and only 3 or 4 bites. Chew once or twice and wash it down w/ a huge gulp of water. Speaking of which...

    b12 helps some people eat. but some say it does some say it doest. its supposed to increase appetite. b12 ed at 1000mcgs injected

    I've had this problem before, it was linked to slight depression as well. It's all mind. Try this, eat one of your absolute favorite foods out there, no matter what it may be. It'll not only open up your appetite from eating a large amount of your favorite food, but it'll also do away with your depression.

    i'm hungry every 15 minutes when off everything. **** its hard for me to cut!
    if you need more macros eat calorie dense foods!

    If your having a hard time getting enough food down, try putting all naturual peanut butter in your protein shakes and drinkum down ! good calories real quik !
