Once or twice..........?

Ok two questions. Im about to start a deca , dbol cycle.
First question if i take 400mg a week should I split it up 200 on mon and 200 on thurs or just go for all 400 on monday?
Second question how long after my last deca shot do i start clomid and what is the best way to cycle it?

Aight bro, I would break it up into two doses. Unless you want to be sitting there trying to inject 2 cc's at a time. Deca will take a while to get into your system, hince it works well with dbol . Deca also stays in your system longer too. Okay back to your question, I would shoot deca on Monday and Fridays, I tried to shoot a 400 mg of deca in my azz, and took me a while to inject all of that in my azz.
Course that is before I know what I know now.
Okay Clomid I would recommend starting it either right after you last shot of deca or a week or two after you last shot. 30 day supply is all you need. 100 mg for first week, and 50 mg the following week. NO need to run clomid more than two weeks.
You will see good gains with this cycle, (this is one of my fav cycles). Be sure and get some Anti Esters too, though dbol may give you gyno and make your nipple hurt.

with deca u should wait 3 weeks after your last shot to start clomid. Take 300mg 1st day 100mg the next 10 days then 50mg the next 10 days.

The 300mg of clomid on first day, i would divide into 6 dosages of 50mg...good luck
