How much water do you drink. try 1 1/2 - 2 gal/day. That works for me. how about cardio? Keep the sodium low of course...your ani-e's are fine. The only quick fix would be a diuretic, and that still might not do the trick. What's your BF %.
Like everything else related to bodybuilding, CONSISTANT diet and water increase will do the trick

i had to experiment a little and that's what i came up with for me. what does your cycle look like? i drink diet dew and i don't really have any problems. the aspartame is killing us little by little though :)Quote:
