test deca and d-bol but....

ok so i've read test, deca, & d-bol is a good bulking combination. i want to bulk but not in a practical joke kind of way. I would like to weigh around 170-180lbs but im not sure about any more than that. i'm currently at 157lbs, just got off a cycle of sust about a month and a half ago, and i am strong for my size (benched 405 at 165lbs).

Say I have these...

QV Deca 300 10ml
QV Metavet (D-Bol) 10mg 100 tabs
QV T-250 10ml
Nolvadex 10mg 100 tabs

Is this all i need for a good cycle?
How could I use these?
Should I get some "QV Stan10 (Winstrol) 10mg 100 tabs" also?
What about Clomid?

The novice cycles al state Nolvadex 20mg everyday from Day one. Is that really necessary ? All the research I have done states that you should use it if you get symptons then at end of cycle go for it for three weeks. Whats the story guys ?

you should have at least 30ml of test and 20ml of deca. some people blow up in a-practical-joke-sorta-way but if you are naturally a hard gainer then count on gaining an average of 1 solid pound per week on that cycle you might only gain 10-15 pounds on a 10-12 week cycle.

unless your lucky like me. im doing i cycle similer to that but way higher doses and am on wek 11 and have gained about 25 pounds of lbm. i barley put on any water at all. i have a very clean diet and eat about 400grams of protein a day. if a gained water id probably be over 35lbs by now. actually im not really sure what week im on for sure but i think its around 11. i didnt really keep track. im going to switch up my gear around week 20 then stay on for another 20 and really harden up.
