Well, the title is a little misleading... my question is what aas or other supps would give one a strength increase on a situational basis (ie: you take it, and within an hour or so your performance is increased.) Ideally something that doesn't negatively affect your stamina/endurance. I've heard Cheque Drops (which I hear are horrid to do), B-12, Halo (though I thought Halo took a couple weeks to kick in).
Any suggestions. :lift:
