Shot Sust250 in my thigh last night and my leg has some pain. It's bearable, but would make working legs a beeotch (feels like a GOOD charlie-horse). My question is, would I experience the same level of pain/soreness in other muscles (i.e. chest, shoulder, tri) if I shot in them, or is the thigh a more susceptible area? I only have 1" pins, so Gluts are out for now. Thanks.
dont see whay you cant use the 1 inch for glutes unless you have a fat ass
I don't have a fat ass. Some may even say that my ass is quite nice. :) I was just under the impression that 1.5" pins are required to get into that particular muscle sufficiently.
Anyone else have some input?
I shoot in mainly three spots thighs, glutes, and delts. My thighs have a tendency to get more sore than either of my delts and glutes. I don't really feel anything the day after I shoot into my glutes or delts, but when I shoot into my thigh I am a bit sore the next day.
If you do legs it will feel a ton better after 3 or 4 sets bro...
Put icy hot on it or a heating pad when youre just sitting down.
