Tearing/Cramping feeling related to juice?

On occassion, when I attempt to fully extend a muscle (biceps, triceps, or pecs) the muscle begins to feel as though it is being torn. If I reach to open a door, my biceps will feel like I am tearing out 20 stitches deep inside the muscle before I even get to touch the door handle. It seems the muscle is partially contracted, and unwilling to loosen up, so it is being forced to stretch without relaxing.

What the hell is causing this? It is unbearable. I am on a heavy steroid cycle. Is it related?

Bump...my body is killing me.

Its probably cramping from lifting heavy weight... I got my first pec cramp today cuz I maxed out on bench today.

Ibuprofen and multivitamin and a gallon of water should fix you up.
