Quick question about dosage size

Going to do a deca and sus cycle and then start taking winny midcycle. Was going to do 400mg deca per week and 500mg sus per week. But ive seen on a few post of people posting that you should be taking sust every other day(EOD?) so im kind of confused as what to do

No my first cycle was sus and winny but i did a pyramid cycle so im kinda going a different route this time.

I would go Sust250 & Deca200 every 4 days...you should be fine...the differance between EOD and E4D will be very minimal...XXL

i have a buddy whos doing sust every four days 250 mg and deca every four 200 mg hes getting good results but he is a beginner. I guess the next cyle he may have to up it a bit.

alright cool thanks for the info. Oh one last thing. I was thinking about adding winny into the cycle. When do you recommend I should start taking it and at what dosage?

I dont agree the difference between E/D and E/OD injections are noticable. I have never even taken any prop every 4 days, every 3 days sucked bad enough and that was when I was using Sustanon .
