Anyone used this dosing schedule before?
Mallet advised me to dose my T3 like this:
Day 1: 100 mcg
Day 2: 180 mcg
Day 3: 180 mcg
Day 4: 180 mcg
Day 5: 180 mcg
Day 6: 180 mcg
Day 7: 180 mcg
Day 8: 100 mcg
5 days off, then repeat
I'm not running any AS with it, just a little concerned about the high dosage. He said I needed that because my BBT of 96.4 showed I had a lower thyroid function.
All feedback is appreciated, but dont tell me to add AS- I cant consider it at this stage.
looks about right,just monitor your temp. and you'll know if it's to much or not enough.
I followed Mallet's advice with good success. He knows his stuff. Is day one supposed to be 180mcgs?

He is one of the smartest bros and he knows a lot and everything he told me about t3 and other stuff has worked out fine and yours looks pretty good...
