why 2weeks off

Why 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off on clen ??
shouldn't 2 weeks on and 1 week off be enough??

will be getting my first clen cycle in a couple of days but this is what i know so far, if you use it without KETOTIFEN then you have to worry about down regulation of receptor, thus making clen useless in two weeks, so to prevent downregulation of the receptor you cycle it for two week, but if you want to do a long cycle then use ketotifen which prevents the down regulation of the receptors used by clen - so nothing to worry about

Yes I know all that but isnt 1 week off enough to get back to normal. and then do 2 weeks on again?
