500 or 750 mg/week of Test.Enan?

NEED HELP WITH MY 3RD CYCLE!

Background
Age: 26
Height: 6’1
Weight: 195 lbs
Body Fay: 11-14%
Time in training: over 5 years
Cycles History: 2 and 1/2

1ST CYCLE
[week 1-12] Deca (400mg/week)
[week 11-15] Winny (50mg/ED)
300/100/50mg Clomid therapy.

2ND CYCLE
[week 1-10] Equipose (400mg/week)
[week 1-10] Test.Cypionate (400mg/week)
[week 9-13] Winstrol (50 mg/ED)
Proviron 25mg/day
Nolvadex on hand
300/100/50mg Clomid therapy

2ND & 1/2 CYCLE
(I consider this ½ a cycle, although I’ve gained 12 lbs of solid muscles in 25 DAYS!!!)
[week 1-3] Test.Suspention (150mg/day)
[week 1-3] Winstrol (50mg/day)

3RD CYCLE IN PLANNING
[week 1-3 or 4] Test.Prop (100 mg/EOD)
[week 1-10 or 12] Deca (600 mg/week)
[week 1-11 or 13] Test.Enanthate (500 or 750 mg/week)
[week 12-15] Test.Prop (100 mg/EOD)
[week 1-15] Nolvadex 20 mg/ED
300/100/50mg Clomid therapy

Questions:
[1] 10 or 12 weeks cycle?
[2] 500 or 750 mg/week of Test.Enan?
[3] Should I run Test.Prop for 4 weeks or 3 is enough?
[4] Should I run Test.Prop for the ENDING 3 or 4 weeks?
[5] Is arimidex/liquidex a must? I couldn’t get my hands on it.

i would go 750mg on the test and 4 weeks on the prop to jump start your cycle. you can get arimidex on this web site in 4 days. i just got mine in the mail it looks great. look in the top right corner. other than that you cycle looks great good luck.

I would consider lowering the deca to 400 or 500 mg... test... I would say 600 to 750 mg... everything else is good, I am just apprehensive with the idea of over 500 mg deca... progesterone is such a seriously bad thing to have in a man's body, I would always use great care with things that can bring about the progesterone. On the nolva, you can probably go to EOD since it takes 2.5 days for a nolva dose to wear out. Myself I ran something similar to your proposed cycle with NO nolva run with the cycle and did just fine... only once in while did nipples getting little itchy and took nolva for couple days then back off and itchyness rarely came back until after another 2 weeks. I tend to use anti-es when responding to a need for it only. We are all different. I tended to believe my body wasnt aromatasing enough estrogen to reach dangerous levels most of the time.

I think its like this, take clomid in response to achy balls while in cycle, take nolva in response to nipple activity and you will be OK. If you are doing nolva right along but no clomid and experience achyness in the balls, nolva isnt helping down there as nolva targets the nips mostly. Clomid blocks estrogen better in the testicles so be ready with clomid for the down there aches.

I use the anti es to keep my bone plates from fusing femara helps
destroy almost all of the estrogen.

[week 1-4] Test.Prop (100 mg/EOD)
[week 1-10 or 12] Deca (500 mg/week)
[week 1-11 or 13] Test.Enanthate (750 mg/week)
[week 1-15] Nolvadex 20 mg/EOD
300/100/50mg Clomid therapy

[1] I’m still not sure if I should run it for 10 or 12 weeks?
[2] I guess everyone agrees that I don’t need Test.Prop in the end???

Just make sure you run your Deca one week less than the test!!!!!

Whats good about the prop at the end is you can use right up to pct instead of just waiting out 2 weeks with no shots. IMO i hated when i did no prop on my last cycle, i just felt like i was doing nothing for 2 weeks. at that point of the cycle i just love injecting

i like it- if it were me, i would run it to 13wks... hey thats what i'm doing now... wooohoooo... i'm at the begining of week 5 of pretty much the same run you have listed, except i ran dbol instead of prop....
my plan is to run 13wks w/ test at 750 and cutting the deca out at wk 12 at 500..
good luck bro- i'd like to comapare progress when youre done- i'm up 12lbs thus far. (without too much bloat)

Three weeks of prop is enough to kick start your cycle. I suggest decreasing the deca to 400mg per week and going with 500mg of test. You've made good gains on moderate doses. You don't have to increase your doses with every cycle, especially if you're using the "time on = time off" rule or getting tests done to ensure that your body had adequately recovered between cycles.

Since you're using propionate for the last three weeks of the cycle, you really don't have to worry about running the deca a week shorter than the enan. If you were not using the prop at the end, then I'd go with what BuyLongTerm suggested about running the deca a week shorter than the enanthate.

I'd go with this (changes in red):

3RD CYCLE IN PLANNING
[week 1-3] Test.Prop (100 mg/EOD)
[week 1-12] Deca (400 mg/week)
[week 1-12] Test.Enanthate (500 mg/week)
[week 12-15] Test.Prop (100 mg/EOD)

Tamox from anabolicreview-research contains Tomoxifen Citrate and that’s NOLVADEX very different from ARIMIDEX/liquidex/l-dex. I have and planning to use Nolvadex (look at my cycle). What I need is ARIMIDEX/LIQUIDEX, can anyone help?

Will you quit being lazy. :cool:

Save yourself a few bucks and just run the test at 500mg per week. If it's 200mg/ml then take 1.25 ml per injection = 500mg per week. If it's an amp, Put the extra in an empty vial. If it's a vial (rubber top), then it's even easier.

Get some Femara, it's buy one get one free at AR-R.. it's called Letrozole. It's alot stronger then l-dex.. it will keep you nice and dry :elephant:

Willpower from this board suggested me to try this cycle and i did. Here is a good description of it: PAIN & GAIN. Suspention is water based and needs to be injected at least TWICE per DAY. Also, its like injecting little crystals into your body. Often my syringes got clogged.

lets do the math:
25 x 2(twice per day) = 50 shots + 25 shots of winny = 75 shots in 25 days.

By the middle of 3rd week your muscles will get so dense that you would think of pocking yourself one more time as a torture. Besides the idea behind this cycle is to hit your body as hard as you can and leave before sides develop. Although, I was doing over 1000 mg/week of Test.Susp I didn’t see any side effects. Just crazy gains. I definitely gained more then 12 lbs in 25 DAY!!!

Test.Suspention is the s**t just remember -- NO PAIN -- NO GAIN.

PS a little piece of research, Suspention is a first steroid created and it was given to German soldiers during WWII to make them stronger and more aggressive. Be careful it might do that to you.
