Vitamins (important)
Vitamins as far as I know helps with allot of thing from Acne to Hunger I wanted to know how much you guys would recomend for these items for the purpose of intense body building and stopping side effects:
I know this info is on this site all over the place but I have noticed many people asking questions about this and I dont have all the answers and I would like to know some of them myself... so could you help out by posting RDI for Intense Body Builders and could you post Toxicity levels no one wants to kill themselves on Vitamins.... :lol:

Take a daily multi-vitamin/mineral supplement and you're good to go!

im taking all my vitamins seperatly i dont mind taking lots of pills I want to take them seperate that is why I am asking this can anyone answer... I know the answer to some of them but i need help with the rest.

I wouldnt worry about toxicity, most vitamins are water based.

i'm pretty lazy to check up my notes on nutrition that'll help a bunch lol but hey..at least im kind to give my conclusion from what i'd learnt: consume balanced meals + a serving of multivitamins and you're good to go.
note: there are many other vitamins and minerals on top of the list you mentioned and unless you understand how they work synergetically with each other it really isn't necessary to consume separate vits as it may lead to many complications.

Vitamin B6 is toxic at doses about 1000 times the RDA.
