This will be my 1st cycle and im trying to get it down right so this is what I came up with.

Wk 1-4 Dbol 30mg/day.
Wk 1-10 Test Cyp 400mg/week, inject 200mg twice a week.
Wk 13-15 Clomid starting at 300mg ending at 50mg.
(PCT taken from ar's own novice cycle #1)
Nolva on hand throught whole cycle

Also I am going to drink massive amounts of beer through out whole cycle...J/K

Also very important. 3 1/2 years lifting exp. 23 years old 6' 200lbs

IMHO it is too much for a first cycle. For the first cycle you should use test only 250-500mg/week. You will know how your body will react to the roids.

No harm in using D-bol while waiting for the test to kick in.

Russian Vodka, I totally respect that. So why am I going to use dbol too? This cycle is intended to be a mass gain cycle. I have read a LOT of threads that talked about dbol in the first cycle. in fact all I found was test and dbol did this and test dbol did that. To be honest I was actually going to run Test EQ and dbol but wisely decided not to. But I do respect the thought that more is truly better.

I am on my first cycle and currently doing 500mg/wk of test e and 40mg/ed dbol . Personally if I were you and you have enough money I would go ahead and run nolva at 20mg/ed just to be safe. I have read a lot of people who do that now. I decided to do it just to be safe as I don't want gyno and being new may just push aside some signs thinking they aren't anything until it is too late. With ARs new sponcer you don't have to have alot of money to get the liquid anti-e. You just drink your dose and its really cheap. As a matter of fact drinking the sup as aposed to taking a pill, is much better on your body. A pill has to break down and slowly absorb in the liver mostly. But taking the liquid form you start absorbing it right away. IMO Only time I take pills is if I can't find the sup in liquid form.

That is true. I am using AR-R antie-e's myself. They taste great and aren't that expensive. I was just suggesting he take nolva throughout if money wasn't an issue. Not that you really have to get that much more if only taking 20mg/ed. Good luck on everything bro.
