2nd cycle - please advise!

After a reading the critiques of a few cycles and abandoning what i had planned to do I have planned the following 12 wk cycle. Please feel free to critique. Should I run the Eq for 12wks or less and does the Clen running from wk 8 make sense? Should I start the winny earlier? Aiming to go from 205lbs @ 7-8%bf to around 220lbs with approx same bf%.

Sus@ 500mg/wk - wks 1 - 10
Deca@ 400mg/wk - wks 1 - 10
Eq@ 200mg/wk - wks 1 - 12
Win Depot@ 200mg/wk - wks 5 - 12

Run Clen from wk 8 for the following 8 weeks.

dude its hard to say because you only have 1 cycle under your belt.if you had more than 3 cycles under your belt, here is what i'd recommentbump the Sust. to 750mg, EQ to 500mg and keep the deca at 400mg. sust. should be shot EOD. i'm actually doing a cycle thats familiar to your. i'm doing a 16 weeker, but i'm using Test E instead of Sust. and shooting 1000mg a week EQ 600mg and Deca 400mg, some will argue that eq and deca should not be run together. IMO its fine, just make sure you have some prevention on hand, Nolvadex 20mg and Arimidex .25 ED or L-dex. oh and I started at 202lbs also currently I'm at 225lb 5 week ( some water) but gains are subject to individual. good luck.

oh yea winny's should be ran at 50mg ED and the clen use it on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off basis.
