Blood results are in, all is normal except for creatinine levels that say I have a count of 111..which is near the upper bound of 115 for 'healthy' levels.
I have asked my mom about this and she says that it is probably because of all the protein I take. My mom is a doctor and I respect her opinion.
However...what do the AR bros say? Please help - I don't want to give up my protein shakes :frown:
