Next Cycle when to start?

Just finished my cycle of 15 weeks of Eq 400mg/EW and Test ena. 500mg/EW. I was going to run fina and winny at the end but I cut my cycle short because I wanted to keep the weight and do a cutter the next time around. I was wondering when it would be safe to run my next cycle? I was thinking of running Fina 75mg/ED, sust 500mg/EW, and winny 50mg/EOD and clen at the end with the winny. I was thinking around the end of October. Is that enough break time? I'm going to try to cut the body fat and still gain lean mass. My stats b4 this last cycle were 6'1" 215lbs and about 18%bf. Iam now 230lbs. and about 13-14%bf. I want to keep the weight at 230 but just cut the fat to 10%. Is that possible with that proposed cycle? Thanks guys for anyhelp

Have some blood work done and if everything checks out then go for it. Oh and run the winny ED not EOD.

Run the Sust ED with the Fina. Run winny at 30-40mg ED for no more than 5-6wks right up til the day before PCT, which will start 18 days after your last sust shot.

You just got off a 4 month cycle. Give yourself at least until late November, but it all depends on the bloodwork.

The sust is in amps, how do I take sust ED with amps? Buy an empty vial?
Where do can I get that kind of bloodwork done and how much is it?
I have DK cypio test would that be easier to run since its in a vail or would I get better gains from the sust.?
