Take a daily multi-vitamin/mineral supplement and you're good to go!

I wouldnt worry about toxicity, most vitamins are water based.

i'm pretty lazy to check up my notes on nutrition that'll help a bunch lol but hey..at least im kind to give my conclusion from what i'd learnt: consume balanced meals + a serving of multivitamins and you're good to go.

note: there are many other vitamins and minerals on top of the list you mentioned and unless you understand how they work synergetically with each other it really isn't necessary to consume separate vits as it may lead to many complications.

Vitamin B6 is toxic at doses about 1000 times the RDA.
