Thread: T3/Clen Question

I recently injured my shoulder so i wont be training for a while. my question is, is it ok for me to do a Clen /T3 cycle while im not working out? Just to shed fat and lean out. I'll still do cardio a few times a week.

I've read that it's very catabolic to do both, and if you are not training do to injury, you may loose a lot muscle mass.

actually you should be fine as long at you increase your protein....
