I've got a few Questions Regarding Clen..
1. I will be taking the clen after my cardio in the morning, however 4 out of the 7 days of the week its HIIT cardio for PT (i'm in Air Force ROTC.) Is it ok to be taking clen and doing HIIT??
2. Does Clen show up on blood tests?
3. Regarding liquid clen.. how many pumps = 20mcg?

1 i think you should be coool with doing that kind of cardio with it..
2 not too sure about the blood tests
3 - 1pump=20mcg

oh and make sure even if you have a busy schedule your taking in plenty of taurine, potassium and water lots of water...

I have read to stay away from HIT training on clen . Look at the clen sticky its in there. Just my .02 I have never tried clen before.

Use a syringe to measure the clen ... the sprayer isnt accurate at all.

Blood test...it will show up as an anphedamine(sp way off). As for taking it during HIIT I advise against that unless your taking a small dose(which is kinda pointless). I use a syrenge to gauge it. With liquid clen its generally 1/10 of a cc=.02mg or 20mcg. But different companies have different doses, so check your bottle!

i was on 220mcg clen and did HIIT all the time, just pay attention. If you feel like you have chest pains or anything abnormal just stop! I had no problems!
just be careful.... As far as the blood testing, it depends on what they are testing for. Clen will show up in the blood stream if they are looking for it, but i doubt they are!
